Sad news from our friends at Cabaret Mechanical Theatre. They tell me that Peter Markey passed away on November 2nd, 2016 at the age of 86. He was the first to make automata for CMT and therefore has had a huge impact on the world of contemporary automata. The video shown here features the man and his work.
